This was our second project for Upserve.com. The company wanted a custom build internal help desk to deal with their customer service queries and requests.
This as a very complex project in which we pooled our best designers and programmers to develop custom integration with Zendesk.
This gave Upserve’s staff a ticketing system with which to respond to customers by allocating their questions to the correct member of staff/department.
Solution created by our team
Firstly we discussed the current problems that the Upserve team were having with their internal communications. We discovered that they needed to have a better system in place to deal with customer queries and questions.
We decided that a fully customized Wordpress solution would offer Upserve the technology and capability to both collate customer feedback, manage the individuals that respond, and give the company a platform to respond from.
We added the Zendesk API Plugin to their Wordpress website, giving the Upserve team the chance to use a ticketing system to monitor and respond to each individual customer query or comment.
Technologies that we used
For this project we utilized the Zendesk API, We built this into Wordpress design and then integrated with Google Calendar to display upcoming events across their web pages. All this was fully customized to meet the desired requirements whilst maintaining functionality.
