What we made.
JagCall is an AI voice agent platform — virtual receptionists that answer every inbound call, book appointments, qualify leads and handle FAQs in 30+ languages, 24/7.
We led product, design and engineering across the marketing site, the signed-in dashboard and the agent-configuration tooling. The product positions as the calm, capable receptionist a small team can finally afford.
Trusted by 4,500+ businesses, with self-serve setup in 15 minutes.
What had to be true.
Cover every call your team can't pick up — without sounding like a robot. Voices that pass for human, integrations into the calendars and CRMs that already run the business, and pricing that makes 24/7 coverage actually affordable.
And it has to set up in fifteen minutes, not fifteen days. Most of the customers are auto shops, salons, dental offices, and home services — they're not buying enterprise telephony.
How we worked.
We started with the failure modes of existing voicebots: scripts that can't handle interruptions, agents that can't book, transfers that drop. The product backlog is a list of those failure modes, in priority order.
Every agent ships with sensible defaults — booking flow, lead qualifier, FAQ — so a non-technical owner can be live in fifteen minutes and tune from there.
What shipped.
- 01Live across 4,500+ businesses with 30+ languages supported out of the box.
- 0298%+ resolution rate on common scenarios, with sub-two-minute average call duration.
- 03Self-serve onboarding from sign-up to a configured live agent in ~15 minutes.
“Our missed-call rate went to zero. People still get a human-sounding receptionist after hours, the bot books the appointment, and the team finally stopped feeling guilty about lunch breaks.”
