SEO without
the tab
archipelago.
What we made.
SEO Pigeon brings keyword research, rank tracking and content briefs into one workspace, so SEO teams can stop pasting between five tools and a spreadsheet.
We built the data ingestion layer, the dashboard, and the editorial workflows. The interface stays calm even when there are millions of rows behind it.
What had to be true.
The brief was to make a tool that an in-house SEO and a freelance writer can both use comfortably — one wants depth, the other wants a clean editor. We designed for both, with progressive disclosure so neither feels patronised or overwhelmed.
And the dashboard had to load in under a second on a Tuesday morning when every team member opens it at once.
How we worked.
We started by mapping every paste-and-switch in the user's current workflow. The product roadmap is just that map, in priority order.
Heavy queries run in background workers and surface as cached results; the UI never blocks on a long-running search.
What shipped.
- 01A unified workspace for keyword research, ranking and editorial.
- 02Sub-second dashboard loads on cached views, even at multi-million-row scale.
- 03A content-brief flow that takes a writer from keyword to outline in under five minutes.
“Our team stopped opening four tools in the morning. Everything we need to triage rankings and brief content is in one place — and it stays fast even when the data set is huge.”
